Flames

My brother-in-law walked behind the fire with my sisters horse and I took a photo of it. You can almost seen the intensity of the flames. They're not as close as it looks. I posted a photo of my sister on my personal blog here: www.lv2scpbk.blogspot.com My mom doesn't like her photo taken and wouldn't let me take her picture. So, I posted my sister instead.

Happy Mother's Day! I guess I should have posted flowers instead. Maybe tomorrow.

P.S. I just found a photo from a few years ago of my mom and posted on my personal blog with my sisters photo.

Wow. I thought the horse was being led away because of the flames. Guess not and everything is under control.

I have celebrated this day, Mother's Day in my country, with a magazine cover for my wife. I hope you can see it.

They have a fire pit and my brother-in-law was just burning some old furniture. I think he threw in a desk. It wasn't out of control. They were doing a BBQ but they had the food on a grill. They just like to sit at their picnic table, which is away from the house a little bit and sit by a fire. Of course, this was a bigger fire but they have stones all around it.

Glenn, I didn't know that your Mothers Day was two months ago. That's interesting.

I have a few other horse photos to post in a day or two of my sister, brother-in-law, their dog and the horse. That horse will follow them anywhere.

Barb,
You should post a shot of your mum on her wedding day or when she was a little girl. We wish you all a happy mother's day from the land down under.

M.Benaut, That's a good idea. She likes her wedding photo. I think their coming up on 57 years of marriage.

Wow. Burning old furniture seems a dangerous sport.
Mother's Day in Portugal and Spain was last Sunday; today seems to be Mother's Day in the Americas; last Sunday in May, it will be Mother's Day in France, and now I learned that it was two months ago in England... Confused?
Happy Mother's Day...

I am amazed the horse didn't shy away!

But this might be an even more fitting photo than flowers since, as we all know, mothers will walk through flames for their young!

Happy Day to you, Barb.
