really thought this was a doll house on the portal. We have those here in my dinky city but they are not so nice as your version. It is amazing how things used for the same purpose are so totally different in other places. Nice photograph.

I am anxious for you to see the Rose-Breasted Grosbeak that came to Brookville, Ohio yesterday. It is the first one I have seen since we moved here 44 years ago.

I thought the same thing, it looks small and maybe a model or something but it is the real deal.

Actually it may be done. Watch for it to catch on fire soon!

Great shot, It would be really cool to photograph it when they are conducting training.

Bill, yes it maybe done but I'm not sure.

Salty Dawg, if I can get a shot when they put it on fire, I will.

Do you think they will really set it on fire? I used to work on a steep hill where firefighters did a training exercise, but no fires were set. It was fun to watch them work without the danger of a real fire.

Felicia, I thought about that after I replied. I don't think they set it on fire. I think they put smoke in there and simulate fire by maybe putting those fake fires in there and they do different training techniques. But, they wouldn't spend all that money to just set it on fire for real.

I give praise to all men and women who serve as fire fighters. I've seen a number of documentaries on training sessions and some of them look more frightening than the real thing!

I'm impressed. Looks like a great place to train at.
