Welcome to my blog where I try to post a photo taken somewhere in or around Bellefonte, PA each day or close to it. I also post various meme's here such as (ABC Wed., Skywatch Fri., Photo Meme's, Camera Critters, Weekend Mailbox) that I participate in each week, which are also focused in or around my town.

Very nice duck photo. I have tried to take their photos at the park here but they either swim off too fast (as I approach them) or the photo comes out blurry. :-(
I like all the detail in this photo. Like Ming, I have not had good luck with close-ups of ducks. I got one swimming toward a dock recently, but wasn't as close as I wanted to be.
I like how you can see the shadow yet see into the water to see the ducks feet too.
I love ducks. The shade lights its leg
Very nice reflections and color play.
Hope your Mom is doing better.
beau reflet, d'un canard que l'on dirait couvert d'or.
beautiful reflection, of a duck which one would say covered of gold.
I love ducks so the more the merrier - quack, quack!!!!
litle and paceful duk
It is a nice photograph that you took.

Very nice. Don't worry about too many duck photos. if it is a good shot, take it!
He's a pretty duck. You must have been really close to this one. I guess he wasn't afraid of you!
And the water is so lovely. If I were a duck I'd be enjoying that water too.
Don't worry I've also posted a Duck post in May : http://pabdailyphoto.blogspot.com/2007/05/animals.html
Looks like a female Mallad, I like to listen to the ducks in a local park. It seems like they are laughing. I've not been there in a while so this picture as given me an excuse to go now..
Actually it is a very nice photo. I like it.
I love how you can see into the water. Great shot!
unlike ming and carol's experiences, the ducks around here seem happy to pose - now trying to get a picture of one in flight is a different matter entirely.
