Ooh what a beautiful pie. You'll see on Menton DP I asked for a slice - and a slice of yours will do nicely!

Funnily enough I went out to lunch today and friends served pumpkin soup, not even aware it was Independence Day!

Have a great thanksgiving dinner.

A very happy Thanksgiving to you, dear Barb.

When I lived in the US, I used to bake pumpkin pies and pecan pies. I was not bad at that :-)

I like the decorative display of that fine pine. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Yummy - home made pie crust-I miss that part of Thanksgiving--my Mominlaw would always do the baking now, ours come from the bakery now and they are just so-so...

My sis and I were in Philly last month for a few days and took a horse and buggy tour in Lancaster...we bought Whoopie Pies from an Amish bakestand..We really enjoyed your state. I have photos posted here in case you have time to kill...
