That cat sure seems to be enjoying the sunshine and the attention of a portrait artist!
It looks exactly like "Clinton," our neighbor's cat. Clinton was a stray male cat that wandered in and they adopted it. Eventually, it got a home inside their home but each night wanted out to roam around. That was how it got its name and was named after Bill Clinton's exploits in the White House.
So your cat looks like our neighbor's cat, "Clinton."
