Looks like a Double R day: Rusty bolts and rotten wood. I certainly hope they weren't supposed to be responsible for holding anything up. :-0 Great find.

I love the atmosphere of this. I always begin to wonder who put those bolts in, how the weather was on the day they were put in . . . yeah, weird stuff that I think about. But I love photos like this.
