Todays theme is numbers. Here you see a sign for Skoal and Marlboro with the price. I don't use either thank goodness. I wouldn't want to pay these prices.

le prix des cigarettes augmentent souvent en France et je suis d'accord (étant non fumeur).
cigarette prices often increase in France and I agree (to be non-smoking).
I remember when they were going up to $2 a pack and thinking how much money I was spending. I think I quit when they were around $3. Scary a carton is $40.

I thought the lager was spelt Skoll in the UK but I'm not a drinker so don't take much notice. Advertising for cigarettes is now virtually non-existant in the UK.
I'm happy I'm not a smoker! I can think of better ways to spend my money!

Wow, it seems like everything in Australia is more expensive than in the US (see Sally's comment here and elsewhere about gas prices).
I quit smoking a long time ago and it was the best thing I ever did.
Those ciggies look cheaper than the prices in the uk, after I convert the price. I quit before the prices went sky high. A goos choice, first cigs. i've seen
I'm happy I don't smoke because it's here very expensive, too (when I converted it correctly it's more than 6$ here in Germany)

I always suspected I was a bit thick, now I'm certain - I thought these were petrol prices!!
I was even thinking to myself - oh, Marlboro do a petrol in the US.

well, unfortunately i'm paying those prices for that brand of cigarettes here in texas... but i plan to try and quit very soon... nice choice for theme day!
