These old bikes made a wonderful bicycle scene beside a house near Rebersburg.

I noticed these beauties grazing beside a farm going toward Rebersburg.

Poles Along The Road

This road is going past Centre Hall toward Rebersburg. I noticed the pole wires and thought it would make a good photo along the countryside.

Rebersburg Post Office

This is such a cute little post office in Rebersburg. It's probably about a half hour drive from Bellefonte.

Amish Man Working in the Fields

This Amish man was busy working in the field. If you drive through Amish country you will see alot of Amish working either out in the garden or in the fields.

Wasson Farm Market

This small market called "Wasson Farm Market" is between Boalsburg and Pine Grove Mills. They usually always have a nice pumpkin display around this time of the year. In past years they've had pumpkins in a wagon. If I see them, I'll try and get a photo. Still, I think this is a very nice display.

1st Place Winner at the Dress Up Contest

This dog was first place posing as a rescue dog and a suitcase. She picked him up and showed us he doubles as a suitcase. Even though I like this little dog, I think Batman and Robin should have won 1st. What's your thoughts on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners?

2nd Place Winner at the Dress Up Contest

These two were the 2nd place winners as Batman and Robin. Tomorrow will be the 1st place winner.

3rd Place Winner at the Dress Up Contest

These three dogs placed 3rd in the dress up contest. Tomorrow will be the 2nd place winner.

Penn State Kittens at The Show

There were even kittens that entered in the contest for best dressed. These two didn't win and they were the only cats in the show. Tomorrow will be the 3rd place winner.

The Hunter and The Rabbit

I went to another dog show. This one was put on by Centre County Paws to raise money to help feed and house these animals while they wait an adoption. This dog is dressed up like a hunter and the boy that has him has bunny ears on. This dog didn't win the dress up contest. I will post later the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

I think I have gotten most of my dogs from an animal shelter or human society. Tucker was a dog that I had adopted from the human society. When I got him he was about a year old. I had adopted a dog before Tucker from another human society who was 2 years old. He had died of old age and that's when I got Tucker. I just feel these animals need homes, and I like to get one they may not otherwise be adopted.

The Skyliner Roller Coaster at Lakemont, PA

From a site I was looking at, it said: "Until 1985, the Skyliner entertained guests at Roseland Park in Canandaigua, New York. Fortunately, the Boyer Candy Company saved it from destruction and relocated it here in 1987."

Straight Up Roller Coaster

This is a roller coaster at Lakemont. I like the lines in it. I've rode several times when I was in my twenties but haven't gotten on this since then.

Money Booth - Lakemont, PA

I went to a Arts & Crafts show last weekend and there was a guy there doing a money booth at Lakemont Park, about a 50 minute drive from Bellefonte. She could grab the money, kick it up with her foot, etc. but couldn't bend down to get it. This girl won $45.00.

Chaos

This is my son's dog, Chaos. He is the most wonderful and friendliest dog I ever came across. I hate it when most people put Pit-Bulls all in the same category. If you raise them right, they are very friendly. Any kid can come up to this dog and he just loves them. I wish these animals wouldn't get a bad rap because of some bad owners. I've seen bad dogs in all breeds, and if you train them right, they will be a loyal friend. Tucker and Chaos are best buddies.

My Dog, Tucker

A photo of my dog, Tucker. He had some drama today, he had to go to the doctors to get his shots. The poor dog got in the car and knew where he was going. He was shaking like a leaf. We don't take him in the car much except to the doctors so he associates that to the car. I am going to start taking him on short car rides to get him over the fear. Anyway, a nervous dog had to go to the bathroom before we went in and after we got out of the doctors office. Tucker was fine then on the car ride home knowing it was over. He is good to go for another year. He is overweight and he needs to lose about 8 lbs.

Good-Bye Fair Week

This is the first year my grandson would get on the carousel by himself. He didn't like it that much till this year.

More Tents at the Fair and Balloons

Another shot of the tents at the fair. I wish I would have gotten an overview of these tents. There are about 1,000 military style tents set up at the fair according to a site on the Internet I had found. There's a waiting list to get a spot in one of these at least 500 people long. They stopped taking names. It would be years till some people get in, if they ever do in their life-time.

Here at this stand you don't have to play a game to get one of these. There are all kinds of characters to purchase.

Maze

This is like a maze for the little kids. That's my grandson walking through those bags. Then you go up the steps to look out over, walk a small path and go down a slide. This was one of his favorite things to do. He did this one at least 3 times.

The Three Amigos

Goats are very popular at the fair. Here's three of them.

Just wanted to say, if I can't get to comment in the next few days, please know I will by the end of the week. My phone lines are up and down and the repair guy won't come to Wednesday. This effects me being able to get on the computer. Another reason for a delay responding right now is, I will be visiting my mom because she's back in the hospital. Walking Around the Fair

Walking around the fair checking out the games, food, exhibits and visiting with old friends. This is what most people say the fair is all about.

Theme Day: Lights

My camera doesn't take night photo's well, but here's my photo for theme day. This is a photo of Premiere Theatre which they built a few years ago. It has stadium seating, which is wonderful so you don't have to worry if you can see over someone's head. It's only about 15 minutes from Bellefonte.
