I like this, I like the wires, the poles, the views beyond, but what I like most about this is the crooked white line. It reminded me of this poem I remember from years ago.
There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile,
He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse.
And they all lived together in a little crooked house
The wires and poles do many an interesting picture. It always reminds me to wonder why it is that people who run off the road almost always run into a telephone pole even though they are spaced forty or fifty feet apart. In your picture you can see the reason why they hit the poles. There isn't much of a window there at the angle the car approaches. If you went off the road where you snapped the picture, you'd run right into that pole.
Thanks for the visit.
That does make for a very good country road photo. The fields and farms around there are beautiful!
It is a nice countryside scene. Where are the birds that are usually seen sitting along wires like these? Maybe they've flown south for the winter.
Wow I don't think I have ever seen so many poles.
If you think about it, it's amazing how we get those.
lovely
Great country feel. The white line gets me. I know the curviness is exagerated by the long focal length, but it just seems to add to that country feel.

It is a great picture but it's nice when the wires are in the ground!!!!
Take out those hills back there and this could be a country road near where I'm from in Louisiana. I guess farming country is farming country.
Very grahical photo : Il like it very much !
