Here's a Mexican restaurant in State College. I've never been there but heard it was good and want to give it a try sometime.

I love the Mexican food. There are a few "authentic" places here in Cleveland due to the large Hispanic population.
I would guess there would have to be a few decent restaurants right around the state college. Usually some of the best places are located near large campuses.
We have enough Mexican resaurants around here that they specialize in different regional cuisine, depending on where the owners or their ancestors came from.
