I hope it is play. It looks like one is a pit bull and sometimes they don't like to play.

Aw, they look like they are having fun. It's good to watch dogs at play. Wish I had one!! Yours look very cute!
Ours don't play together like that. They chase sometimes, but no wrestling.

Abe, Our two dogs play together very well. I know alot of people have so much misconception when it comes to pit bulls. I hope that changes. It is the owners, not the breed that makes for a bad dog. The breed gets blamed for the owners being cruel. I have to worry more about my little dog than the big dog.
Jay, I thought it was "Q" too, but when I went to the site, it had "P" on there, unless it wasn't updated when I looked.
Thanks for that. I don't really know anybody who owns a Pitt Bull now but my wife's brother did or does and he used to brag about hitting the dog in the face with his fist because the dog threatened to attack or bite somebody. I never thought it was funny and his statements, like that, just reinforced my conception of him being totally nuts.
Abe, The dogs are only mean if the owners make them mean. I would try and bite someone too if I was being punched in the face. Wouldn't you? At least attack back. That's so sad that he does this.
There is a group in our area trying to make people aware of how friendly pitbulls are. The vet said that people don't realize that pitbulls are one of the most friendliess breeds. Too bad the owners give them a bad name. It is also untrue about that they lock their jaws and won't let loose. A misconception. Have you ever watched "The Dog Whisperer" with Ceaser Millon? He has alot of pitbulls in his pack. If you want to meet the best dog we've ever had, you'd have to meet our pitbull. He doesn't have a mean bone (no pun intended) in his body.
P.S. I wanted to add that when Pit Bulls play they make a type growling noise but it is NOT growling. I wish I had a better word for it. They just seem to want to make noise when they play. When our two dogs play, people think that they are fighting but our pit bull never breaks skin. He is gentle with it comes to play. He also seems to know when a child plays with him because he seems extra careful. He loves to be around people.
I believe you. I never had any problems with dogs and while we never owned a Pitt Bull it was because the wife's brother scared us of them when we had 5 kids at home.
I also watch "The Dog Whisperer" - Ceaser Millon and like him very much especially what he does with his dog, Daddy. LOL
