The plaque on the front of this reads, "Dedicated in memory of Council 1314, Deceased brothers, 1993". I believe this is from the Knights of Columbus. I couldn't find anything else on the Internet about the dedication itself, but it sits in front of a building in Bellefonte and I really liked the statue and the stone work.

Very interesting : ). I like statues like this!
Grottoes with Mary are common here in the Philippines, but I like this one because of the statue's simplicity and the beautiful stonework.
