Wish I had a flag or fireworks to post today. But, since I don't and for those of you who are going to have picnics today, don't forget to have something healthy. Grapes are a good thing to snack on while watching the fireworks.

I love grapes. I live in an area where there are still a lot of vines. Not for long as the EU wants winegrowers to destroy a lot of vineyards, which breaks my heart as vineyards are one of the major "hallmarks" of my region.

It's true - they're truly addictive. Have you ever eaten them frozen? Delicious...
I love grapes. Though I just found out they can cause kidney failure in dogs. I'm glad our dogs wouldn't eat them, because we've offered grapes to them before.
We had a whole bunch of fresh cherries with our Fourth of July meal.
