Here's an ice boat sculpture from New Years Eve they do for State College First Night. I have several photos I took and will post more of them tomorrow. State College is about a 20 min. drive from Bellefonte.If you want to know the tally on my theme day votes yesterday.
There were 56 votes and some of you didn't vote, so I didn't count nothing for those one's. Obviously.

That´s unique... must have had a lot of work doing that ice boat...
This reminds me of the ice sculptures that are part of St. Paul's Winter Carnival, which I'll miss again this year as I bask on Mexican beaches. So sad am I!! The boat is very well done!
I remember over in Sapporo, Japan, they do whole houses and buildings and things in ice in the winter. It is also beautiful as is your photo.

Wow, I love the ice sculpture. Those things are amazing to me. I saw one on television the other day made out of seven huge blocks of ice that took the artist 3 months to finish.
This one is quite impressive.
