Camera Critters and Pet Pride - Tucker's Reflection

Three Tucker's or just one? Well, it's just one. I took this photo through my kitchen door window. The way the glass is set on the door it gives an illusion of three Tucker's. Tucker was outside on the porch looking up at me. Then I had the thought...Whew! What if I had three Tucker's? He's a handfull just by himself.

Camera Critters - Trying to Find a Dry Spot

Trying to find a dry spot on the porch last weekend was a bit difficult. We had about three inches of snow. My grandson even got to make a snowman out of it. I got a photo. It was interesting to take photos of the fall leaves with the snow on the ground. Too early for snow here right now but it did. This weekend it is raining really hard.

Camera Critters - and- Pet Pride- Licking His Chops

Tucker must have thought something was good because he was licking his mouth. About a year ago Tucker got this licking obsession and it drives me nuts. Not just licking his mouth like this, he licks his body continuous. Any ideas on how to make him stop?

Christmas Day with Tucker

We gave the dogs a box of milk bones for Christmas and here he is checking it out. They each got one milk bone on Christmas Day. Chaos decided to stay out of the picture.

It's Cold Outside

It's so cold here right now. We had temperatures with wind chill last night of 20 below freezing. Tonight it's a little warmer it's suppose to be zero.

Tucker with Weight Control

Today is Camera Critters and I thought I'd show you my dog Tucker in a happy mood. He loves to lay on his back and scratch when we go outside. (Tucker is the photo at the top of my blog too.)

The doctor said he needs to lose some weight or he'd end up with health problems like Diabetes, knee problems, etc. He has started out at 36 lbs and has lost 2 lbs in two months. I guess that's good for a small dog. He needs to lose at least another 14 lbs. We've taken away all snack foods and have reduced his food down to 1/2 cup, twice a day. Recommend allowance according to the doctor. Sometimes he gets a snack here and there, but nothing like he was. At this rate he'll reach his goal by next Christmas.
