I have...We have a school levy problem where I live. I have opposed their latest efforts and a majority voted "No" on the ballot just last week. One of the reasons is the school system buys a lot of things like school buses and then use them to haul one or two children. Not once. But four times each day. The buses are monsterous and all but one or two seats are empty. That is the kind of waste in our schools.
