ABC Wed. - "U" - Unbelievably Good

ABC Wed. today is the letter "U" for unbelievably good. I made up this snack because I have been trying to do more low carb. This is a carmel corn cake, then I spread peanut butter on it, add bananas and some honey. Makes a great snack.

Don't take it personal, but it sounds gross! Combining peanut butter with anything is almost sacrilege in my mind and combining it with honey and bananas? Then again, each to her own...

Sounds good to me - although I might be tempted to drizzle a little chocolate sauce over the top! I haven't tried the caramel corn cake, but I will. Good U.

I have always loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Maybe next time I'll try a little honey on it.

Uh...well... I can't say I've ever seen a snack like THAT before! Kudos to you to be brave enough to try this. Okay...maybe I'll experiment with just the bananas and peanut butter.

I know this is a good healthy treat; I make the same thing except without the honey.

Thanks for the idea to take a picture of this snack!

I don't do the peanut butter, but I do wrap a banana in a soft tortilla spread with manuka honey. If I feel extravagant, I add a few flaked and toasted almonds. MMMMmmm!
